• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of Sports Goods (Sports Equipment, T-Shirts, Bottoms, Caps Etc. Used for Sports) Manufacturers and suppliers who wish to register should complete the application forms issued upon payment (all payments will be received only in valid Sri Lankan currency) of a fee of Rs. 500.00 to the Office of the Uva Provincial Department of Education / relevant Zonal Education Offices (Separate applications should be submitted for each supply and service) and may either be sent by registered post to the respective Zonal Education Offices to their addresses or hand delivered. Further, application forms will be issued by the Uva Provincial Department of Education for all the Zonal Education Offices and the fee for application forms required may either be paid in cash or credited to Account No. 269100188440343 maintained at the Mutbiyangana Branch of People's Bank in favour of the Uva Provincial Director of Education, Badulla and on submission of a written request to the "Uva Provincial Director of Education, Uva Provincial Department of Education, Welagedera Road, Badulla" (It is mandatory that the original receipt obtained on crediting of the application should be attached and submitted) and the application form may be obtained via registered post. (Should enclose a stamped envelope for registered post). Before crediting the Application fee, should call on Tel: +94-55-2223184 and find out the exact amount to be credited and receipt should be emailed to upedacc@yahoo.com or upedacc@gmail.com on the same day the amount credited to the bank. (Application forms will be sent by post only until 30.11.2021). Issue of Applications: From 01.11.2021 up to 2.00 p.m. on 03.12.2021 at the Office of the Uva Provincial Department of Education and at the respective Zonal Education Offices . Receiving of Applications At the respective Zonal Education Offices up to 2.00 p.m. on 06.12.2021. Opening of Applications At the respective Zonal Education Offices at 2.00 p.m. on 06.12.2021.
