• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of Sports Goods Registration Fee for Supplies and Services is Rs 500.00 per item. The said fee could be paid by a crossed cheque in favour of the Chairman, Niyagama Pradeshiya Sabha, deposited directly to the bank or paid in cash during office hours. If the fee is deposited directly to the bank the relevant method can be inquired from the office telephone number or the Email: niyagamaps@gmail.com Applicants must submit separate applications for each item having paid the registration fee separately. Self prepared applications containing the name of the business, item or service intended to supply and method of payment must be sent together with certificate containing the registration number and VAT certificate (if registered) by registered post addressed to the Chairman, Niyagama Pradeshiya Sabha, Poddiwala, Mattaka to be received on or before 30.12.2022.The caption, “Registration of Suppliers for the Year 2023” must be written on the top left-hand corner of the envelope. Goods and Services ordered must be supplied within 07 days of the order and the registration of the suppliers who do not quote and do not supply goods and services to the accepted standard shall be cancelled. The registered suppliers must keep their prices fixed for at least 06 months and the Sabha has the right to obtain goods and services from external suppliers as deemed necessary. Those who wish to be registered as contractors must submit certificates of competence as per the categoiy applied for and residents of the Galle District will be given preference.(Further details can be obtained during office hours Tel:0912296518).
