• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of Sports Goods and Sports Equipment Self prepared application that include all details should be submitted with a Cheque or Money Order drawn in favour of "Kesbewa Urban Council, Piliyandala" or with the receipt obtained from the Shroff of this Office upon payment in cash. Separate applications should be submitted for each of the abovementioned item and for each application a registration fee as follows should be paid. I. Rs. 1000/- for Items 1 to 8 and 16 to 38 II. Rs. 2000/- for Items 09 to 15 and for Item No. 39 III. For contract as mentioned in the table above Generally quotations are invited from Registered Suppliers for ail the requirements but the Council reserves the right to call for quotations and effect purchases from outside sources at times of necessity. Prices submitted should be static for at least six (06) months and supplier should agree to supply goods and services on credit basis for at least 30 days. Names of Suppliers Who Fail to Submit Quotations and Fail to Supply Goods and Services on Time and Who Fail to Supply Goods and Services to the Required Standards and as Per the Samples will be Removed from the List of Registered Suppliers and Blacklisted.
