• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of Sports Goods and Welfare Goods, Plates, Cups, Spoons, Forks, Aluminium Appliances and Glassware Self prepared application as per the specimen given below or the application form obtainable from the Accounts Division or that could be downloaded from www.ratnapura.dist.gov.lk web page should be duly perfected and may either be sent by registered post addressed to “District Secretary, District Secretariat, New Town, Ratnapura” or hand delivered to the Accounts Division to receive before 10.12.2023. The caption “Registration of Goods and Services Suppliers for year 2024” should be mentioned on the left hand top corner of the envelope containing the application. A nonrefundable registration fee of Rs. 500.00 should be paid for every item for which registration is sought and the payments should be credited in cash to Account No. 7042294 maintained in Ratnapura Kachcheri Branch of Bank of Ceylon in favour of District Secretary, Ratnapura. Cheques and Money Orders will not be accepted. Receipts obtained upon payment of relevant fees should be attached to the application and submitted. Registration fee for Contracts and Constructions is Rs. 1000.00 (Items 1, 2 and 3). Qualifications will be checked and then registered.
