• Tenders are invited for Supply of Sports Goods, Welfare Goods, School Equipment, Kitchen Equipment, Self-Employment Equipment All suppliers should pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 500/- for each item that they wish to register for. A Money Order (mentioning the Paying Post Office) to that value drawn in favour of “District Secretary, Nuwara Eliya” / “Divisional Secretary” or may be paid in cash to the Shroff of District Secretariat / Divisional Secretariat and either the Money Order or the Form General 172 receipt obtained from the Shroff should be attached to the application and submitted. Self prepared applications as per the specimen given below, by institutions and individuals who wish to register with the District Secretariat, should be duly perfected and sent by registered post addressed to “District Secretary, District Secretariat, Nuwara Eliya” to receive before 20.12.2023. The institutions and individuals who wish to register with the Divisional Secretariats should submit their applications to the relevant Divisional Secretariats by registered post. Applications for registration may also be handed over to the Chief Accountant/ Accountant. The caption “Registration of Suppliers and Contractors for supplies and services and contracts for year 2024 - (Item No.)” should be mentioned on the left-hand top corner of the envelope containing the application.
