• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of Vegetables Bid Security: Rs. 25,000/= Bid documents can be purchased from the Provincial Department of Health Services from 12.11.2021 up to 01.12.2021 on working days of the week from 9.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000/= for each procurement. Bid documents can be inspected free of charge during the aforesaid period. Further particulars in this Connection can be obtained over the Telephone Number 025- 2224173. Bidders who submit bids for the above mentioned supplies and services should have acquired experience in the Supply of goods and provision of services mentioned in the biding documents and a bid security as mentioned in the table above to the value given against each supply or service obtained from a commercial bank, approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, valid up to 02.03.2022 for 91 days or the receipt received for depositing equal sum in favour of Provincial Director of Social Services - North Central Province should be submitted along with the bids. Bids prepared and perfected as per the instructions given enclosed in an envelope and sealed and the "Relevant Supply or Service category and the Year" marked on the top left-hand corner of the envelope should be sent either by registered post addressed to Secretary / Chairman, Ministry Procurement Committee, Provincial Ministry of Health, Indigenous Medicine, Social Welfare. Probation and Childcare Services, Environment and Provincial Councils, Third Floor, Provincial Council Administrative Building Complex, Anuradhapura to be received at or before 2.00 p.m. on 02.12.2021 or may be deposited in the tender box kept at the Ministry (Postal delays will not be entertained).
