  • Quotation are invited for Supply of Vegetables Supply of Food Materials required under following categories from 1 to 10 for the Hostel Kitchen of the Department of Sports Development, No. 09, Philip Gunawardana Mawatha, Colombo 07. Bid Security: 73000/-. Relevant procurement documents may be obtained between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on working days from 07.02.2022 until 28.02.2022 from the Procurement Division on submission of the receipt obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,500.00 from the Shroff of the Accounts Division of the Department of Sports Development, Second Floor, Ministry of Sports. Further information may be obtained by calling on Tel. No. 0112-697001. All bidders should submit a bid security to the value mentioned in the table below obtained in favour of Director General, Department of Spoils Development from any commercial bank approved by the Central Bank with the bid. This bid security should be valid until 18.06.2022. All quotations should be valid for one year from the date of awarding of contract. When the government has imposed a control price, the bidder should supply such materials under the controlled price. When the price approved by the Procurement Committee has increased by 10% in the market, may negotiate with the Procurement Committee and the Technical Evaluation Committee every three (03) months and arrive at an agreement regarding increasing/decreasing prices.
