• Tenders are invited for Supply of Veterinary Equipment and Medical Supplies, Drugs Forms for registration will be issued between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on working days from 26.09.2022 until 25.10.2022 by the Municipal Accountant-s Department. Registration Form Fee and the Registration Fee should be paid at the time of obtaining Registration Forms. Duly completed applications may either be sent by registered post or hand delivered to the undermentioned address to receive before 3.00 p.m. on 28.10.2022 along with the receipt obtained upon payment of the application fee. The caption “Registration of Suppliers and Contractors - 2023” should be mentioned on tiie left-hand top corner of the envelope containing the application.
