• Tenders are invited for Supply of Equipment for the Movement of Stored Goods and Safety Equipment (Fire Extinguishing Equipment, Forklifts, Pallet Trucks including Rack System) Relevant application forms may be obtained between 9.30 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. on working days of the week from 03.11.2021 up to 2.00 p.m. on 02.12.2021 on submission of relevant receipt upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000.00 separately for each item to the Shroff of the Office of the Director of Medical Supplies at No. 357, Ven. Baddegama Wimalawansa Thero Mawatha, Colombo 10. Duly perfected applications may either be sent by registered post to the address given or deposited in the Tender Box kept in the Office of the Accountant (Supplies) in the Medical Supplies Division to be received at or before 2.00 p.m. on 03.12.2021. Bids received after the scheduled closing date and time will be rejected. Address to which the Applications should be sent: Chairman, Regional Tender Board, Medical Supplies Division, No. 357, Ven. Baddegama Wimalawansa Thero Mawatha, Colombo 10. The caption, “Registration of Suppliers - 2022” should be mentioned on the left-hand top corner of the envelope containing the application.
