• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of Essential Food Items Clearing from the Colombo Harbour, Transportation up to Railway Warehouse Yard at Olcott Mawatha, Maradana from the Colombo Harbour by 20 Feet Container Lorries and Unloading of Rice Bags from the Containers by Labour Hands Tender Fee: 5000/- Non Refundable Bid Security: 100000/- Interested bidders can obtain further details required from the Accounts Section of the Department of Co-operative Development at No. 330, Union Place, Colombo 02 (Tel. No. 0112-430263). Relevant bid documents can be obtained on weekly working days, from 9.00 a.m. up to 10.30 a.m. on the bid opening date, by calling over at our office and on payment of the non-refundable fee, made to the Shroff. A photocopy of the receipt received from the Shroff should be attached with the application. Pre-bid meeting relevant to this will be held at 11.00 a.m. on 08.11.2022 at the Department of Co-operative Development. A suitable official can be present at the bid opening. Duly completed bids could either be sent by registered post or placed in the Bid Box kept at the Accounts Section of the Department, to be received at or before 11.00 a.m. on 21.11.2022. Bids received will be opened immediately after closing of acceptance of bids at the Accounts Section of the Department. Bids received late and incomplete bids will be rejected.
