• Tenders are invited for Supply, Fabrication & Installation of Stainless Steel Queue Barriers at Emigration Area at Bia, Katunayake Interested Bidders may obtain further information from Head of Projects, Projects Division, Airport and Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake on Telephone No. 0094-2263700 and inspect the Bidding document at the office of the Supply Chain Management Division, Airport and Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake from 09.00 Ins. to 16.00 Ins. on week days from 16th November 2021 to 13th December 2021. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application to the Chairman, Procurement Committee No. 02, Supply Chain Management Division, Airport and Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake, from 161*1 November 2021 until 13"1 December 2021 from 09.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs. upon payment of a non refundable fee of Rupees Three Thousand Two Hundred (Rs. 3,200). The method of payment will be in cash. Bids shall be delivered in duplicate to the address - Chairman, Procurement Committee No. 02, Supply Chain Management Division, Airport and Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake at or before 14.00 hrs on 14^ December 2021. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the Bidders- representatives. All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security (on demand Bid Bond) in the amount of Rupees Ninety Thousand (Rs. 90,000.00) issued by Institutions listed in the Bidding Document or a Cash Deposit should be submitted with the Bids. All Bidders or their authorized representatives are invited to attend the Pre - Bid meeting, on BO1*1 November 2021 at 10.00 hrs at the Conference Room of the Projects Division, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake.
