• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of Food and Beverages Specified registration fee should be paid to the Shroff of the Ja-ela Pradeshiya Sabha and the receipt obtained should be submitted with the application. For contracts above the value of Rs. 5,000,000.00 (Road Construction and Building Construction) contractors should have been registered with the Institute of Construction Training and Development (ICTAD) and a copy of the Registration Certificate should be submitted with the application. Registration fee should be paid relevant to the limit values. Those who are interested in registering as Suppliers and Contractors should apply as per the application form obtained from this office. Application fee is Rs. 500.00. Registration fee should be paid either in cash or by cheque drawn in favour of “Chairman, Ja-ela Pradeshiya Sabha” before 03.11.2022 and the receipt along with the application and relevant documents should be delivered to the Ja-ela Pradeshiva Sabha.
