• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of Food and Beverages for Meetings If an institution wants to register for a wide range of products and services, it will be necessary to submit separate application for each category. The non-refundable fee with each such application a sum of Rs. 500/- should be paid by cheque in the name of the District Secretary or by money order transferable at the Puttalam District Secretariat Post Office or by depositing in the name of the District Secretary at the Bank of Ceylon branch, Puttalam. Also, one can register as a supplier by paying the amount in the name of the Puttalam District Secretary to the account No.7042153 of the Bank of Ceylon branch, Puttalam and submitting the receipt along with the application. Applicants should prepare the application forms themselves as per the following details: 1. Name and address of the Supplier 2. Phone number and Fax number 3. Volume and subject number of the supply / service you wish to register 4. Copy of Business Name Registration Certificate should be submitted. Applications should be sent to the Chairman / District Secretary, Departmental Procurement Board, District Secretariat - Puttalam on or before 31.12.2022 at 2.00 p.m. under the registered post by mentioning in the upper left corner of the envelope "Registration of Goods and Service Suppliers for the Year 2023".
