• Tenders are invited for Supply of Generator (20 KVA) Non Refundable Fee: 1000/-. Bid documents in duplicate can be obtained from Regional Director of Health Services Office, Trincomalee during working days from U.03.2022 fo 23.03.2022 between 9.00 a.in. and 3.00 p.m. by any interested eligible Bidder Agent or Nominee on the submission of • A written application to the Regional Director of Health Services, Trincomalee. • Upon payment of the non-refundable fee by cash to the A/C No. 255-100120000-490 at People's Bank Town Branch, Trincomalee of Regional Director of Health Services Office, Trincomalee. • Certified copy of Business Registration Certificate. • A certificate / letter issued by the principal appointing your company as local Agents for their products 1. Sealed Bids should be sent by Registered Post to the Chairman, Regional Procurement Committee, Office of the Regional Director of Health Services, Trincomalee or deposited in the Tender Box kept at the Office of the RDHS Trincomalee at or before 10.00 a.in. on 24.03.2022. Late Bids will be rejected. Cover should be marked with Group name. 2. All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% of the total bid value and Bid Security is valid till 10.05.2022. 3.
