• Tenders are invited for Supply of Generator 01 Bid Security: 10000/-. Non Refundable Fee: 2000/-. Further details regarding this matter could be obtained from the Patliadumbara Pradeshiya Sabha by calling on Tel No. 081-2476276. Bid documents could be inspected free of charge during office hours from 22.04.2022 up to 12.05.2022 at the Patliadumbara Pradeshiya Sabha. Bid documents could be obtained from 22.04.2022 up to 12.05.2022 during office hours between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. from this office by submitting a written letter of request to the address mentioned below and upon payment of a non refundable fee in cash as mentioned under Table 01 above to the Patliadumbara Pradeshiya Sabha. Duly completed sealed bids along with a duplicate copy should be addressed to the "Chairman, Procurement Committee, Patliadumbara Pradeshiya Sabha, Pitiyagedara, Wattegama" and sent by registered post to be received at or before 2.30 p.m. on 13.05.2022 or should be hand delivered to the Tender Box kept in the Secretary's Room of the Patliadumbara Pradeshiya Sabha. Bids received after the stipulated time will be rejected. Bids will be opened immediately after closing of accepting bids and the bidder or an authorized representative could be present on this occasion. A pre bid meeting regarding this matter will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 05.05.2022 at the Patliadumbara Pradeshiya Sabha. The bidder or his authorized representative could he present at the meeting.
