• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of Generators 7 KVA Generators 9 15 KVA Generators 4 Non Refundable Document Fee Rs. 2,500/-. Bid Security: 150000/-. In Cash: 75000/-. Bids are invited by the Chairman, Regional Procurement Committee of the Office of the Regional Director of Health Services, Kandy from qualified bidders who are not blacklisted for the supply of non medical equipment mentioned in the table below. Bid documents may be obtained between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on working days of the week from 16.08.2021 until 30.08.2021 on submission of the receipt obtained from the Shroff of the Office of the Regional Director of Health Services, P.O. Box 56, Ehelepola Kumarihamy Mawatha, Bogambara, Kandy upon payment of the non refundable document fee mentioned in the table below for each category. For the submission of bids, only the bid documents issued by the Regional Director of Health Services, Kandy should be used. Submission of bids in any other forms will be rejected. Instructions to bidders will be issued with the bid documents. Further details regarding the bids may be obtained between 12.00 hrs and 13.00 hrs on working days of the week. Bids should be accompanied by a bid security as mentioned in the table below issued by a commercial bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka in favour of Regional Director of Health Services, Kandy and the bid security amount may also be paid in cash to the Shroff of the Office of the Regional Director of Health Services, Kandy and the certified copy of the receipt obtained should be submitted with the bid as the bid security. Bid security should be valid until 30.11.2021. Duly perfected sealed bids may either be sent by registered post addressed to "Chairman, Procurement Committee, Office of the Regional Director of Health Services, P.O.Box 56, Ehelepola Kumarihamy Mawatha, Bogambara, Kandy" or deposited in the Bid Box kept in the Accounts Division of this office to receive before 11.00 a.m. on 31.08.2021. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened immediately after closing of bids. Bidder or his authorized representative may be present at the time of opening of bids. All bids should be prepared in duplicate as Original and Duplicate and inserted in separate covers marked as original and duplicate, sealed and both covers should be reinserted in a single cover, sealed and submitted. "Category Number along with the Name mentioned in the table below Quotation for Non Medical Equipment - 2021" should be mentioned on the left-hand top corner of the envelope containing the bid.
