• Tenders are invited for Supply of Grass Cutter Machine 10 Boilers (20l) 05 Electric Kettle 08 Kitchen Scale 02 Refrigerator (Domestic) 10 Mini Bar Refrigerator 01 Tender Fee: 3000/- Non Refundable Bid Security: 24000/- Procurement documents may be obtained from the Office of the Regional Director of Health Services, Anuradhapura between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. during office hours from 20.02.2024 until 12.03.2024 on submission of a business registration certificate upon payment of the non-refundable tender fee and the relevant bid documents may be inspected free of charge at the above office. Duly perfected bids as per the bid conditions may either be sent by registered post to the address given below or deposited in the Tender Box kept at the Office of the Regional Director of Health Services, Anuradhapura to receive before 11.00 a.m. on 13.03.2024. Bids should be completed in duplicate and should be inserted in separate covers as Original and Duplicate and both covers should be reinserted in a single cover and submitted. Bid Invitation Number should be separately marked on the left hand top corner of the envelope and submitted. Bids will be opened immediately after closing of bids at 11.00 a.m. on 13.03.2024 and the bidders or their authorized representatives may be present at the time of opening of bids.
