• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of Grid Tied Solar Net-Accounting System Bid documents may be inspected free of charge and bidder may obtain further information and clarifications from Community Development Officer of Weligama Urban Council or over the Telephone Number : 041-2250274 or email: weligainauc@yahoo.com during normal office hours (08.30 - 16.15). A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application on a business letterhead to Weligama Urban Council from 27.10.2021 until 16.11.2021 during normal working days from 09.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LKR 1,000/-. The method of payment shall be by cash. The sealed bids marked “Solar Net-Accounting System-' on the top left-hand corner of the cover may be deposited in the tender box provided at the Weligama Urban Council or could be sent by registered post to reach the Chairman, Procurement Committee, Weligama Urban Council, Weligama on or before 17.11.2021 at 14.00 hrs. Incomplete and late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing time at following place in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend. All bids shall be accompanied by an unconditional Bid Security of LKR 150,000/- obtained from any Central Bank approved commercial bank and valid from 17.11.2021 to 15.02.2022.
