• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of Hospital Equipment including Stretchers, Trolleys, Wheel Chairs, Saline Stands, Food Trolleys All applications addressed to the "Director, National Hospital for Respiratory Diseases, Welisara" should be sent either by registered post or deposited in the Tender Box kept at the office of the Director to receive before 10.00 a.m. on 15th November 2021. "Registration of Suppliers for year 2022" should be stated on the left hand top corner of the envelope containing the application and late applications will be rejected. Applicants must deposit a non refundable fee of Rs. 700.00 for each supply / service under which they wish to register and the said amount must either be in the form of a Money Order in favour of the "Director, National Hospital for Respiratory Diseases, Welisara" payable at the main post office Ragama or copy of Form General 172 receipt obtained from the Accountant of the National Hospital for Respiratory Diseases upon payment in cash should be attached to the application. Cheques will not be accepted. Applications that are not attached with a photocopy of the receipt will be rejected.
