• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Solar Powered Street Lighting System for the Wayamba University of Sri Lanka. Tender Document Fee (Rs.):1,000.00 Bid Security Amount (Rs.) :18,500.00 4. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language can be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Project Director, Wayamba University Township Development Project, Wayamba University of Sri Lanka, Lionel Jayathilaka Mawatha, Kuliyapitiya and upon payment of a non-refundable document fee to the Project Office on working days from 25th May 2022 to 15th June 2022 from 09:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 5. Completed bids should be forwarded in two copies as the Original and the Duplicate. The Original and the Duplicate should be enclosed separately and marked as the ‘Original- and ‘Duplicate- respectively in sealed envelopes. Then both envelopes should be re-enclosed in one sealed envelope marking the Contract Number & Contract Name at the top left-hand corner of the envelope. Bids must be delivered by hand or Registered Post to the address stipulated below at or before 01.30 p.m on 23rd June 2022. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after Tender closing time in the presence of the Bidders' Representatives who choose to attend at the address mentioned below. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security according to the values given in the above “Table 1A”. 6. The Pre-bid meeting is scheduled to be held on 15th June 2022 at 01.30 p.m. at the Project Office, Wayamba University Township Development Project, Wayamba University of Sri Lanka, Lionel Jayathilaka Mawatha, Kuliyapitiya.
