• Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Stage Lighting System at Rajadurai Auditorium - Kallady, Batticaloa Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Stage Lighting Systems for the Use of Rajadurai Auditorium, Swamy Vipulananda Institute of Aesthetic Studies, Eastern University, Sri Lanka. Tender Fee: 2000/- Non Refundable Bid Security: 400000 A complete set of bidding documents in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application by the bidder himself or by bidders- representatives to the address above (In Item 5) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LKR 2,000/ = per procurement document, from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. up to 10.11.2023. The mode of payment shall be either in cash or bank draft in favour of “Deputy Bursar, Swamy Vipulananda Institute of Aesthetic Studies, Eastern University, Sri Lanka”. Bidders can also download the Bidding documents from the Institute Website i.e. www.svias.esn.ac.lk. Those who are obtaining bidding documents from the Institute Website should submit the completed documents along with a Bank Draft drawn in favour of the “Deputy Bursar, Swamy Vipulananda Institute of Aesthetic Studies, Eastern University, Sri Lanka” for Rs. 2000/- as non- refundable fee or to the Shroff.
