• Tenders are invited for Supply Installation & Commissioning of 450 KVA Diesel Generator for State Intelligence Service Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Lt. Col I.P. Hettiarachchi. Tel No 0112430860 and inspect bidding document free of charge at the procurement Unit of the Ministry of Defence From 23/11/2021 to 15/12/2021 between 0900.hrs to 1600 hrs. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by the interested bidders on submission of written application to Chief Financial Officer (I), Ministry of Defence, Defence Headquarters Complex, Sri Jayawardenepura, Kotte from9.00hrs to15.00hrson any working days from 23/11/2021 until 15/12/2021 upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 4,500.00 The method of payment will be in cash. All bids shall be valid for Seventy seven (77) days from the date of closing of the Bid. Bids shall be delivered to the Chief Financial Officer I office, Ground Floor, Ministry of Defence , Defence Headquarters Complex, Sri Jayawardenepura, Kotte on or before 10.00 am 16/12/2021 Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing of the presence of the bidder' representatives who choose to attend. All Bids shall be Accompanied by Bid Security Amounting to Lkr 135,000.00 and it shall be ; I. Issued by Any Commercial Bank Operating in Sri Lanka and Approved By the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. Ii in Favour of Secretary/Ministry of Defence. Iii at the Amount Mentioned above.
