• Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of Solar Powered Water Pumps for Rajanganaya & Medawachchiya Farmers- Organizations nterested bidders can inspect Bidding document from official web site: www.energy.gov.lk free of charge and complete set of bidding documents in English language may be obtained by interested bidders from the above web site. Non-refundable tender fee of LKR 2,000/ =, has to be made for tender document and payment shall be deposited to SLSEA general current A/c No 0074944408 of Bank of Ceylon (code is 7010) - Torrington Square branch (code is 453) clearly mentioning the procurement reference SEA/PD/RES/36-2021. (Swift Code is BCEYLKLX). Cash Deposit Slip or e-receipt (for on-line transfer) of non-refundable tender fee shall be submitted with the bid. The bids without the copy of the payment receipt will be rejected. Bids shall be valid up to 15th March 2022 and bids should be accompanied by a Bid Security of LKR 250,000/= valid till 15th April 2022 as mentioned in the bid document. The sealed bids marked "SEA/PD/RES/36-2021" on the lop left-hand corner shall be sent to reach Procurement Division, Sri Lanka Sustainable Energy Authority, No. 72, Ananda Coomaraswamy Mawatha, Colombo 07 by registered post / courier/hand delivery at or before 11.30 hrs on 14th December 2021 Sri Lankan time (GMT + 5: 30 Time Zone). Late bids shall be rejected. Due to Covid-19 situation in the country, the bids will be opened and read out the prices through a “Google Meet” without physical participation of bidders and will be opened on 14th December 2021 at 11.30 hrs Sri Lankan time (GMT + 5: 30 Time Zone). Bidders who wish to participate in this online bid opening shall mark an email address and telephone number in the outer side of the envelope (of the bid).
