• Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Commissioning & Training of Ice Maker 01 Bid Security (Rs.) (from a Central Bank Approved Commercial Bank or in Cash): 13,000/- Interested eligible bidders could obtain further information from Assistant Bursar (Supplies), Financial Administration Division, Administration Building, Gampaha Wickramarachchi University of Indigenous Medicine, Kandy Rd, Yakkala (Tel: 033 2226109 / 0332223785) and inspect the Bidding documents free of charge at the address given above during office hours. A complete set of Bidding Documents available in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application on a company/firm letterhead to the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rupees 3,500/- paid to the Sluoff, Gampaha Wickramarachchi University of Indigenous Medicine, from 04.04.2022 to 27.04.2022 between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. The documents may be purchased until one day before the deadline for submission of bids as given in Paragraph 6 below. Bids must be submitted in duplicate, the original and a copy, and each should be enclosed in separate sealed envelopes, marked as “ORIGINAL” and “DUPLICATE”. The two envelopes containing the original and the copy shall then be enclosed in one single envelope and please indicate "Supply, Installation, Commissioning & Training of Laboratory Instruments to the Faculty of Indigenous Health Sciences and Technology - GWUIM/FIHST/NCB/AC5/22/06” on the top of the left corner of the envelope. Bids should be deposited by the Bidder in the “Tender Box” available in the Bursar-s office, Administration Building, Gampaha Wickramarachchi University of Indigenous Medicine at or before 2.30 p.m. on 28.04.2022 or sent under registered post to the address The Chairman, Department Procurement Committee, Gampaha Wickramarachchi University of indigenous Medicine, Kandy Road, Gampaha before the above deadline.
