• Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation & Maintenance of Antivirus Software Licenses - DGM/HR/RDB/2021/144 1. The Chief Human Resource Officer, Pradeshiya Sanwardhana Bank, No. 933, Kandy Road, Wedamulla, Kelaniya now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Supply, Installation, & Maintenance of Antivirus Software Licenses as described below. 2. Contract Period - Three Years with annual renewal basis. 3. To be eligible for contract award, the successful bidder shall not have been blacklisted and shall meet the following requirements : ■ The bidder shall be a registered company having experience in providing similar type of Antivirus Software Licenses for at least Three (03) years (2018-2020). ■ Should be a Gartner leader EPP in the last 3 years (Minimum 2 Reports). ■ Should be a leader in the latest Report of forester Wave for Endpoint as a Service. ■ Should have a minimum of 2 similar size large scale deployments in Sri Lanka (The OEM should have 3000 or over endpoints and reference to be provided) ■ Solution must be tamper resistant, protecting against attempts to modify the endpoint sensor A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Chief Human Resource Officer, Pradeshiya Sanwardhana Bank, No. 933, Kandy Road, Wedamulla, Kelaniya from 24th November 2021 until 06tli December 2021 from 09.00hrs lo 15.00hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.2,000/ = . Bids addressed to the Chief Human Resource Officer, Pradeshiya Sanwardhana Bank, No. 933, Kandy Road, Wedamulla, Kelaniya, should be sent through registered post to receive at or before 2.00 pm on 07th December 2021. You should indicate “Tender Name” and “Tender No.” on the top left side of the envelope. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Bids shall be valid up to 91 days from the date of bid opening. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 30,000.00, which shall be valid for a period of 91 +28 days from the closing date of bids.(07th December 2021 to 04th April 2022).
