• Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Termination, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance of the Local Area Network (LAN) and Telephone System for Construction of Courts Complex at Galle - Phase Il Interested bidders may obtain further information from Chief Engineer (Contracts & Planning), Contract & Planning Division (5th floor), State Engineering Corporation of Sri Lanka, 130, W.A.D. Ramanayaka Mawatha, Colombo 02 and inspect the bidding documents at the same address on any working day from 09.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs and contact numbers are 011-2451151, 011-2430061-5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Chairman, Department Procurement Committee, State Engineering Corporation of Sri Lanka, 130, W.A.D. Ramanayaka Mawatha, Colombo 02 from 28.10.2021 until 15.11.2021 on any working day from 09.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs upon payment of the tender fee (non-refundable) of Rs. 3.500.00 to the Cashier, Accounts Division at 7th Floor, State Engineering Corporation of Sri Lanka, 130, W.A.D. Ramanayaka Mawatha, Colombo 02. Bids will be delivered to the Chairman, Department Procurement Committee, State Engineering Corporation of Sri Lanka, 130, W. A. D. Ramanayaka Mawatha, Colombo 02 at or before 14.00 hrs on 16.11.2021. Contract name should be marked at the top left-hand corner of the Bid. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend. The Department Procurement Committee, reserves the right without question to reject any or all the bids and the right to accept any bid in whole or in part. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid security for an amount of Sri Lankan Rupees One Hundred Thousand (Rs. 100,000.00) in any form as specified in the bidding document.
