• Description:
• Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Fire Protection System of Block No 02 for Other Rank Married Quarters Project at Kinhadeniya as described below and estimated to cost LKR. 6 Million (Excluding VAT). The Time for Completion for the whole of the Works shall be 120 Days. Interested bidders may obtain further information from The Chairman, Project Procurement Committee (PPC), Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla and inspect the bidding documents free of charge at the same address from 0900 hrs to 1500 hrs from 16th August 2021 until 07l1- September 2021 during working days. A complete set of Bidding Documents (except Volume 1) in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to The Chairman, Project Procurement Committee (PPC), Defence Headquarters Complex Project, at the above address from 164*1 August 2021 until 07th September 2021 from 0900 hrs to 1500 hrs upon payment ot a noil-refundable fee of Two Thousand Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR 2,000.00). The method of payment will be in Cash / Bank draft in favour of the Chairman, Project Procurement Committee (PPC), C/O The Director, Project Management Unit, Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla. A pre bid meeting will be held at 1100 hrs on 25th August 2021 at the Defence Headquarters Complex site at Akuregoda. Bids shall be delivered to the address below or shall be deposited in the tender box placed at the below address on or before 1000 hrs on 08,h September 2021. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Sri Lankan Rupees Sixty Thousand (LKR 60,000.00) obtained from a bank operating in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. This Bid Security shall be in the form of an unconditional, on demand bond and shall be valid up to 22M(1 December 2021 (105 Days after the Bid opening). Bids shall be valid until 24th November 2021 (77 Days after the date of Bid opening).
