• Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning and Maintenance during the Defect Liability Period of Vertical Transportation System (Lifts & Disabled Platform) for Auditorium of General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University, at Ratmalana A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of written application to Director Logistic, General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University, Rathmalana, Sri Lanka from 09.00 hrs. to 15.00 hrs. on working days during the period from 14 June 2021 up to 14 July 2021 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000.00 to bursar KDU in cash. 7. Bidding document may be inspected free of charge at Director Logistic, General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University, Rathmalana, Sri Lanka, from 09.00 hrs. to 15.00 hrs. on working days during the period from 14 June 2021 up to 14 July 2021 (Telephone 0710219449/0710219384, 011-2632430). The Pre-bid meeting will be held on 23 June 2021 at 10.00 hrs. at the office of General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University, Kadawala Road, Ratmalana. Bidders who expect to participate to the pre-bid meeting shall submit the details of the participants (Name, NIC No, Company and position) to Director Logistics, General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University (Telephone 0710219449/0710219384, 0112632430, Fax 0112632430. Email - directorlogistics@kdu.ac.lk) 3 working days prior to the meeting. Bid shall be valid up to 91 days from the date of closing of bids. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 600,000.00, which shall be valid for a period of 119 days from the date closing of bids
