• Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Handing over & Remedying Defects of Mvac, Elv & IT, Fire, Lpg, Kitchen Ventilation, Hot Water and Cold Water & Vertical Transportation Systems for Refurbishment of 80 Club of Colombo A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application to the Head of Procurement. Procurement Unit, Urban Development Authority, 07lh Floor, “Sethsiripaya” - Stage I, Battaramulla. during normal working days from 10,h May 2021 until 241h May 2021 from 9.00 am to 2.30 pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 16,500.00 plus Taxes in cash to the Shroff of Urban Development Authority. Bids shall be delivered in duplicate to the address below on or before 25th May 2021, at 11.00 am. Late bids w ill be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the Bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
