Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Ruggedized Vhf Digital Secure Fleet / Special Forces Communication System for Sri Lanka Navy Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents (free of charge) From 0900 hours to 1500 hours in every working days from 10th September 2021 up to 21s* October 2021 at the address mentioned in para 15. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested Bidders on the submission of a prior written application to the address in para 15 and Upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of LKR 60,000.00 (Sixty Thousand) in cash to Ministry of Defence. Bids must be delivered to the address in para 15 on or before 22nd October 2021 at 1100 hours. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened immediately after closing of bids (At 1100 hours on 22.10.2021) in the presence of the bidders'representatives who wish to attend. Bids shall be valid 120 days from the date of closing of bids. All bids must be accompanied by "Bid-Security,” of Sri Lankan Rupees Seven Million Five Hundred thousand (LKR 7,500,000.00). The bid security (ITB 20.2) shall be a Bank Guarantee issued by a commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka, approved by the Central bank of Sri Lanka. The bid security shall be valid 147 days from the date of closing of bids and should be submit as per the format given. Pre bid meeting will be held on 27,h September 2021 at 1400 hours at the Sri Lanka Navy Headquarters.
