• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, User Training and Maintenance of Medical Equipment for (OT, ICU & NICU) The Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning, User Training and Maintenance of the Medical Equipment has to be executed by a firm or entrepreneur eligible in accordance to the defined criteria based on the listed documents in BDS, ITB 11.1 (k) in accordance with the legislation applicable in the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Among the eligibility criteria as detailed in the complete bidding documents, the minimum required level of similar experience for Post qualification will be to have successfully carried out a minimum of two (2) similar contracts of a minimum value of EUR 950,000.00 for Lot 2.1 OT Equipment, EUR 1, 400,000.00 for Lot 2.2 ICU & NICU Equipment for that have been satisfactorily and substantially completed as Supplier or joint venture member during the past ten (10) years. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security. Interested bidders shall submit a bid comprising all lots, and shall provide one Bid Security comprising the following amount: EUR 46,000.
