• Tenders are invited for Supply of 2" Kerosene Water Pump 58 1/2- Acre Drip Irrigation Set 04 1/4- Acre Drip Irrigation Set 09 Rain Hose 90 Rain Gun 14 2" Electric Water Pump 75 Tender Fee: 1000/-. Non Refundable Bid Security: 100000/- Bid should be submitted on forms obtainable from the Provincial Director, Department of Agriculture, Eastern Province, Kanniya Road, Varothayanagar, Trincomalee. Bid document will be issued from 06.09.2021 to 23.09.2021 between 09.00 a.m and 03.00 p.m on working days on payment of above non refundable document fees per bid document for each category to the Bank of Ceylon Main Branch Trincomalee (Branch No. 006) A/C No. 0005S49161. Sealed bid may be dispatched either by registered post or hand delivered to the Chairman. Department Procurement Committee, Provincial Director, Department of Agriculture, Eastern Province, Kanniya Road, Varothayanagar, Trincomalee to receive before 10.00 a.m on 24.09.2021. Bid number should be indicated on the left corner of envelope. Bids will be opened immediately after the closing at the Department of Agriculture, Kanniya Road, Varothayanagar, Trincomalee, Eastern Province. Bidders or their authorized representatives are requested to be present at the bid opening at 10.00 am on 24.09.2021. All rights are reserved to the Chairman of Department Procurement Coinmittee(Major) to cancel the bidding process at any stage without paying any compensation to any party or to accept part of the bids in this bidding process.
