• Tenders are invited for Supply of Laboratory Equipment (2 Stereo Microscopes with Camera & Operating System, Magnetic Stirrer with Hot Plate, Portable Conductivity Meter Kit, Laboratory Diwing Oven, Pre Chill Refrigerator, Water Bath) Tender Fee: 3000/-. Non Refundable Bid Security: If in Cash (Rs.):45000/- If Bank Guarantee (Rs.): 90000/- Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Additional Director, Seed Certification Service (Tel. 081-2388217) and the documents prepared in English language may be inspected free of charge at the Seed Certification Service between 8.30 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. on any working day from 22.09.2021 until 12.10.2021. A complete set of bid documents in English language may be obtained by interested bidders from Seed Certification and Plant Protection Centre, Gannoruwa between 8.30 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. on any working day from 22.09.2021 until 12.10.2021 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3000.00 to the Shroff of the Department of Agriculture. Peradeniya. If not soft copies of the bid document can be obtained by crediting Rs. 3000.00 to the account number 057100139027201 in the name of Director General of Agriculture in the People's Bank Peradeniya and sending relevant receipt to scppc.doa@gmail.com If the Bid Security is made through a Bank guarantee, the Bid Security should be obtained from a reputed commercial bank recognized by the Central Bank in the name of the Director General of Agriculture. A pre bid meeting has been arranged to be held at 10.00 a.m. on 04.10.2021 online at the Seed Certification and Plant Protection Centre. Gannoruwa, Peradeniya. Bid will be closed at 10.30 a.m. on 13.10.2021 and the late bids will be rejected. The originals of the bids will be opened immediately after the closing of bids at the Seed Certification and Plant Protection Centre. Bidder or his authorized representatives could be participated to that event.
