• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of Laptop Computer 10 Desktop Computer 12 650 Va Ups 12 Bar Code Reader 22 Tender Fee: 2500/- Non Refundable Value of Bid Guarantee (Rs.): 48750/- Interested eligible suppliers could obtain bid documents prepared in English during working days of the week from 05.11.2021 up to 25.11.2021 between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. from the Accounts Section of the Kuliyapitiya Teaching Hospital upon payment of a non refundable fee similar to the amount as mentioned in the table above to the Shroff in cash. Submitting a bid security with every bid obtained from a reputed commercial bank registered at the Central Bank of Sri Lanka to the value as mentioned in the table above is mandatory. It should be drawn in favour of the Director, Teaching Hospital, Kuliyapitiya and should be valid up to 25.02.2022. Duly completed bids in two copies marked as "Original" and "Duplicate" should be enclosed in separate envelopes and these should thereafter be inserted in a single sealed envelope and marked with the name of the agreement on the top left hand corner of this envelope and sent by registered post addressed to Director, Teaching Hospital, Kuliyapitiya to receive at or before 10.30 a.m. on 26.11.2021 or could be inserted in the Procurement Box kept in the Accounts Section if hand delivered. Bid documents could be inspected free of charge at this Hospital. Bids received late will not be accepted for whatever reasons.
