• Tenders are invited for Supply of Laundry Chemicals Institutions and Individuals Who are Qualified for the above Supply may Submit Applications and Relevant Applications with the Bid Conditions could be Obtained from the Supplies Division of the National Hospital of Sri Lanka between 9.00 a.m. And 2.00 p.m. On Weekdays from 05.04.2022 until 11.05.2022 upon Payment of a Non-Refundable Fee of Rs. 4,000.00 for this Item to the Shroff Division of the National Hospital of Sri Lanka. Quotations will be Opened at the Office of the Chief Accountant, National Hospital of Sri Lanka at 10.00 a.m. On 12.05.2022.
