A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language can purchase by interested Bidders from https://www.litrogas.com/procuring-and-tendering. from 18,h May 2022 to 25th May 2022 and upon payment of a non refundable fee of Rs. 100,000 (Sri Lankan Rupees One Hundred Thousand) or USD 300 (Three Hundred Dollars).
