• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of 280,000 Metric Tons (Mt) +/- 20% of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) for 12 Months- Period. All details pertaining to this procurement are clearly stated in the Bid Document. The said Bid Document may be obtained at the under mentioned address on the payment of a non-refundable fee of LKR 100,000 or USD 300/= in the form of a pay order from a registered commercial bank in Sri Lanka on any working day (Monday - Friday) between 9.30 a.m. - 2.30 p.m. from 25,h July 2022 to 12th August 2022 (both days inclusive). All bids shall be accompanied by an irrevocable and unconditionally en-cashable Bid Security in the form of a Bank Guarantee issued/confirmed by a licensed commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka, or a bank based in another country. However, the guarantee should be confirmed & assured by a licensed commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka. The Bank Guarantee should be issued in favour of Litro Gas Lanka Ltd. The amount of the Bid Security is USD 1,000,000 (One Million US Dollars) and should be valid up to 10,h January 2023.
