Tenders are invited for Supply of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) to Litro Gas Lanka Limited The Chairman, Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee (SCAPC) on behalf of Litro Gas Lanka Limited (LGLL) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Supply of 600,000 Metric Tons (MT) +/- 20% of “Stenched Pressurized Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) mix" for a period of 24 months starting from January 2024. All details pertaining to this Tender are clearly stated in the Bid Document. The said Bid Document may be obtained at the under mentioned address on the payment of a non-refundable fee of LKR 100,000/= in the form of a pay order from a registered commercial bank in Sri Lanka on any working day (Monday - Friday) between 9.30 a.m. - 2.30 p.m. from 24th July 2023 to 5th September 2023 (both days inclusive). All bids shall be accompanied by an irrevocable unconditionally en-cashable Bid Security in the form of a Bank Guarantee issued by a licensed commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka or a bank based in another country. However, if the Guarantee is from a bank based in another Country, the guarantee should be confirmed & assured by a licensed commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka, and be issued in favor of Litro Gas Lanka Limited. The amount of the Bid Security is USD 2,000,000 (Two Million USD) and should be valid up to 31st January 2024.
