• Tenders are invited for Supply of Machines Required for the Miriswatta Drug Manufactory 1.1 Pills Machine - 7mm -9mm 01 1.2 Powder Packeting Machine -30g -500g 01 1.3 Botile Washing Machine - Semi Auto - 01 750ml 1.4 Juice Extractor Machine - 25kg - 100kg / hr 01 1.5 Powder Mixing Machine -50kg -250kg 01 1.6 Tablet Machine - Oval and Round 01 1.7 Drying Machine (Cabing 01) 01 1.8 Drying Machine (Cabing 02) 01 Required bid documents may be obtained from 29.09.2021 until 21.10.2021 upon payment of the non-refundable bid document fee of Rs. 2,000.00 for each bid to the Accounts Division between 9.00 a.m. 3.00 p.m. on working days. Refundable bid security should be 1% of the bid value if paid in cash or 2% if submitted by a bank guarantee. It is anticipated to obtain a Performance Bond of 10% of the Bid Value covering the guarantee period from the selected suppliers. Machinery required for the Drug Manufactory should be delivered and installed and training should be provided to an officer of this institution. It is mandatory that a letter of request for documents along with a copy of the Business Registration Certificate for each equipment category should be submitted. Perfected bids may either be sent by registered post addressed to “Chairman, Procurement Committee, Uva Provincial Department of Ayurveda, Diyatalawa" or deposited in the Tender Box to receive before 2.00 p.m. on 22.10.2021. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened immediately after closing of bids and the bidder or his authorized representative may be present at the time of opening of bids.
