• Tenders are invited for Supply of Making Name Boards. Banners. Rubber Stamps, Date Stamps. А registration lee of Rs.1000.00/-(Non-Refundable) should be paid for each item in cash to the Shroff of this hospital between 9.00 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. on walking days and the receipt obtained upon payment of the above should be submitted with the application. Or else, that amount may be credited to Account No. 0007040219 maintained at the Kegalle Super Grade Branch of the Bank of Ceylon and the bank slip obtained should be submitted with the application clearly mentioning the Name of the Institution and the Item No. (Should not deposit via ATM Machines). Cheques and Money Orders will not be accepted. Government institutions are exempted from the payment of registration fees.
