• Tenders are invited for Supply of Materials & Stitching of Uniforms for Aviation Function, Katunayake, Rathmalana & Mattala for the Year - 2022 1. 186 Nos. Grey Shirt 2. 392 Nos. White Shirt 3. 45 Nos. Blue Shirts 4. 255 Nos. Grey Trouser 5. 144 Nos. Blue Trouser 6. 84 Nos. Black Trouser 7. 36 Nos. Dark Blue Trouser Bidding documents can be obtained on working days between 0900 hrs. to 1500 hrs. up to 21.06.2022 from the office of Manager (Procurement & Stores), Ceylon Petroleum Corporation, 1st. Floor, No. 609, Dr. Danister De Silva Mwt., Colombo 09, on a written request, after payment of non-refundable fee of Rs.1,000.00 (Rs.925.83 + 8% VAT per set) or download from CPC website, i.e - http://ceypetco.gov.lk/public-tenders/. The bidders who downloaded the documents should pay document fees to the Account No. 004100110208633 of Ceylon Petroleum Corporation of People-s Bank (Head Office) and the payment receipt should be submitted along with the Bid. The Bid will be closed at 1400 hrs. on 22.06.2022 and opened immediately thereafter at the office of Manager (Procurement & Stores). Clarification (if any) shall be sought from Manager (Procurement & Stores), over the Telephone No. 011-5455335 or Fax No. 011-5455424 Bid Security Guarantee Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security Guarantee, undertaking that the offer will be held valid for the specified period, and that the offer will not be withdrawn during that period. Such security shall be in the form of a License Commercial Bank in Sri Lanka, and payable to the CPC on demand in a sum of Rs. 30,000.00 (Rupees Thirty Thousand only). The Bid Security Guarantee should be valid for Fifty Eight (58) days (i.e upto 19.08.2022) from the date of closing of Bid. A format of Bid Security Guarantee is attached in Annexure "B". Failure to submit the Bid Security Guarantee at the time, or before the closing of Bid, and in accordance with above said requirements, and in the format provided, will result in the Bid being rejected
