• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of following Medical Equipment to the Gal le Co-Operative Hospital Ltd. 01. Dedicated Eco Cardiography System -01 No (with 2 nos of 1-5 MHz Adult cardiac probes, 1 No of 3-8 MHz Pediatric Probe, Printer, UPS, Echo &Doppler software with standard accessories. 02. Ceiling Mount LED ОТ Lamp with UPS 01 No with standard accessories. 03. ОТ Table-General-01 NO (use for Orthopedic & general surgery) with standard accessories. 04. Delivery Bed - Pneumatic - 01 No Height adjustable Stainless Steel rotatable contamination basin with standard accessories. Relevant technical specifications are available at the office of the General Manager. Conditions: 1. The offer should indicate price in SL Rupees. All taxes transport and installation charges should be mentioned separately. 2. There should be a comprehensive warranty period of minimum 03 years for the product, and spare parts should be available for a period of at least 10 years after the warranty. 3. Tender validity shall remain in forces for 60 days from the date of tenders. Price variations during this period are not accepted under any circumstances. 4. Tender forms could be obtained from the office of the General Manager on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs 2000 /- for each item from 9.00 AM to 4.00 PM during normal working days from 15.11.2021 to 23.11.2021 (Tender forms also available by email) 5. A Separate application should be submitted for each item & item name should be mentioned on the left hand cornerof the envelop. 6.
