• Tenders are invited for Supply of Metformin Sr Tab 500mg Qty 100-S Bid Security: 20000/- You are requested to indicate the lowest price in Sri Lankan Rupees that could be offered. A certified copy of the National Medicinal Regulatory Authority (NMRA) Registration should be forwarded along with the quotation if available. Tenders shall be submitted in one Original and One Duplicate sealed separately and marked as 'Original' and ‘Duplicate- respectively. Both Envelopes shall together be enclosed in one Envelope sealed and addressed to The Chairman/ Procurement Committee, State Pharmaceuticals Corporation of Sri Lanka, 161*1 Floor, “Mehewara Piyasa”, No.41,Kirula Road, Colombo 05, Sri Lanka. In addition, the following information also should be included in your quotation. 1. Delivery date - Ability to deliver the goods along the period of one year, as and when needed. 2. Ex-stock availability (ex-stocks are expected to be supplied within 03 working days after placing the order) 3. Delivery schedule / date will be informed accordingly.
