• Tenders are invited for Supply of 145 Nos. of Multi Choppers for Eastern, Northern and North Central Provinces Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement Specialist - Climate Smart Irrigated Agriculture Project (CSIAP). Tel : 0112871293, Fax 0112053167 and inspect the Bidding Documents at each Project Office address given below from 9.00 a.m to 3.00 p.m on working days. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the Project Director or Deputy Project Directors at Project Management Unit and Deputy Project Directors Office, address given below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs 13,500.00 .The method of payment will be in Cash to each Project Office from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. on working days until 13th October 2021. All Bids must be delivered to the Project Director. Climate Smart Irrigated Agriculture Project (CSIAP), No: 61/1, M.D.H Jayawardena Mawatha, Madinnagoda, Rajagriya at or before 3.00 p.m on 13th October 2021. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing the bids in the presence of bidders/ bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 3.00 p.m. on 13th October 2021. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security for the amount of Rs.525,000.00 valid until 9th March 2022 issued by a commercial bank, approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka in the form included in the Bidding document. The pre bid meeting will be held at the address: Climate Smart Irrigated Agriculture Project (CSIAP), No: 61/1, M.D.H Jayawardena Mawatha, Madinnagoda, Rajagriya on 4th October 2021 at 2.00 p.m. Interested bidders or their representatives may participate at this meeting at their own expense.
