The Chairman, Regional Procurement Committee of the Regional Director of Health Services Office, Kandy invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Procurement of Non-Medical Equipment mentioned in the table-below.
The qualification and eligibility requirements of bidders are included in the Bidding Documents.
A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders commencing from 07.02.2022 to 25.02.2022 from 09.00 hours to 15.00 hours on submission of a written application to the address below mentioned and upon payment of a non-refundable document fee mentioned in the table below for each category. The method of payment would be in cash.
Interested eligible & qualified bidders may obtain further information from Mr. Upul Gunawardhana, Procurement Officer, Tel. 0714415335 / 0812236452, Electronic Mail Address rdhskandvsuPDlvl23@gmail.com from 10.00 to 12.00 hours on working days and may inspect the bidding documents at the Finance Division of the Regional Director of Health Services Office, Kandy.
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a Bank Guarantee issued by a reputed bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka in favor of the Regional Director of Health Services, Regional Director of Health Services Office, Kandy OR a certified copy of the receipt of cash payments made to the Shroff of the Regional Director of Health Services Office, Kandy (in the amount mentioned in the table below).
A Pre-Bid Meeting would be held on 15.02.2022 at 10.00 am at the Auditorium of the Provincial Ministry of Health, Indigenous Medicine, Social Welfare, Probation & Child Care Services, Kandy.
Duly filled sealed bids may either be sent by registered post addressed to the "Chairman, Procurement Committee, Regional Director of Health Services Office, P.O. Box 56, Ehelepola Kumarihamy Mawatha, Bogambara, Kandy" OR deposited in the Bid Box kept in the Finance Division of the Regional Director of Health Services Office, Kandy at or before 14.00 hours of 28.02.2022 The Category Name and the Contract No. along with "Quotation for Non-Medical Equipment" should be mentioned on the left-upper corner of the envelope containing the bid.
