• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of Office Steel Furniture Applications are invited from reputed suppliers, contractors and government and government affiliated institutions willing to be registered for the year 2022, for the supply of the undermentioned goods and services required for the Head Office, regional offices, estates and nurseries of the Coconut Cultivation Board situated islandwide. Applications, self-prepared as per the specimen given below, along with a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000/-, by cash for each item or by a Cheque for an equivalent amount, drawn in favour of the “General Manager, Coconut Cultivation Board”, should be submitted. Completed applications, self-prepared as per the specimen given below, along with a copy of the Business Registration Certificate that include the category and the nature of the relevant business for which registration is sought for, may either be sent by registered post to the undermentioned address or deposited in the tender box kept at the Administration and Human Resources Management Division of the Head Office of the Coconut Cultivation Board situated at No. 9/428, Denzil Kobbekaduwa Mawatha, Battaramulla to be received on or before 23.11.2021. The caption, “Registration of Suppliers - 2022” should be mentioned on the left side top corner of the envelope. Suppliers who wish to be registered for the supply of more than one supply or service, should pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000/- per each supply or service. The relevant category number (and the serial number, if any) should be marked clearly in the application and the category applying for should be proved by documents that certify the nature of the business.
