• Tenders are invited for Supply of Office Tables {4x2 1/2) 20 Office Chairs 20 Fiber Chairs 30 Plastic Chairs 100 Non Refundable Fee: Rs 3000/-. Bid Security: 12000/-. Local Agency Having Recognized Business Registration Certificates will be Eligible to Submit Tenders. Complete Information and Specifications Relevant to the Equipment Expected to be Purchased can be Obtained from the Office of the Regional Director of Health Services, Anuradhapura. (Tel. No. 025-2222579). Relevant Bid Documents can be Obtained Front 01.09.2022 up to 21.09.2022 on Office Hours (9.00 a.m. To 3.00 p.m.) from the Office of the Regional Director of Health Services, Anuradhapura, on Payment of The Non-Refundable Fee and on Submission of the Business Registration Certificate. Bid Documents can be Inspected Free of Charge at the Same Place. Bid Documents, Completed as Per the Bid Conditions could Either be Sent by Registered Post to the Undermentioned Address or Placed in the Tender Box Kept at the Office of the Regional Director of Health Services, Anuradhapura, to be Received at or before 11.00 a.m. On 22.09.2022. Bids should be Prepared in Two Copies as the Original and Duplicate and the Two Copies should be Placed in Separate Covers and then the Two Covers should be Placed in a Single Sealed Cover Marked "Bid Invitation Number" Separately at the Left-Side Top Corner and Submitted. Bids Received will be Opened at 11.00 a.m. On 22.09.2022, Immediately after Closing of Acceptance of Bids and Tenderers or Their Representatives with a Written Authority can be Present at the Opening. A Bank Security Obtained from only a Bank Registered at the Central Bank of Sri Lanka or the Receipt Received from the Office of the Regional Director of Health Services, Anuradhapura for Depositing of Cash Should be Submitted as a Bid Security.
