• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of Plastic Crates Type - 01 Tender Fee: 2000/-. Non Refundable Bid Security: 395000/- Interested bidders may obtain further information from Accountant, National Institute of Post Harvest Management, Jayanthi Mawatha, Anuradhapura (Tel 025 3230000 / 025-3230028) and inspect the bidding documents at, the address given above on working days from 09.08.2021 until 30.08.2021 from 09.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the Director, National Institute of Post Harvest Management, Jayanthi Mawatha, Anuradhapura from 09.08.2021 until 30.08.2021. The method of payment should be in cash. Bids shall be delivered to the Director, National Institute of Post Harvest Management, Jayanthi Mawatha, Anuradhapura at or before 14.00 hrs on 31.08.2021. Bid should be deposited in the tender box maintained for the purpose at the Finance Division of the National Institute of Post Harvest Managements. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing, in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Bids should be submitted in duplicate, with the original or duplicate envelopes in the envelopes and the two envelopes to be repackaged. At the top left hand corner of the envelope should be mentioned the Item name and Bid No. The decision of the Regional Procurement Committee of 'National Institute of Post Harvest Management with regard to this provision is final. Bids shall be valid for 90 days. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid security for an amount given in the above table. Bid Security shall be valid up to 27/12/2021.
