• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of Printing Paper, Inks, Chemicals and Other Materials Required for Printing Works Applicants intending to register for more than one item should submit separate applications as per the specimen given below. Relevant application forms may be purchased from our institution on payment of Rs.500.00 in cash or by sending a crossed cheque drawn in favour of “Director General, National Institute of Cooperative Development, Polgolla”. Dishonouring the cheque will result in the rejection of the application) or by a Money Order mentioning Polgolla as the Paying Office and the copy of the Business Registration Certificate should be attached to each application. This institution reserves the right to peruse the applications and to accept them or reject them without showing any cause. Generally quotations are called from the list of registered suppliers only. But the institution reserves the right to call for quotations and make purchases from other sources when there are insufficient number of suppliers and at times of necessity. When efficient services are not provided by the registered suppliers the institution reserves the right to remove such suppliers from the list of registered suppliers or to refrain from calling for quotations from them. Applications should be duly perfected and sent by registered post addressed to “Director General, National Institute of Cooperative Development, Polgolla” to receive on or before 26.11.2021 or hand delivered to the Procurement Division. The caption, “Registration of Suppliers for year 2022” should be mentioned on the left hand lop corner of the envelope containing the application. Late applications will be rejected.
