• Description:
• Quotation are invited for Supply of Raw Drugs National Ayurveda Teaching Hospital, Borella. Gampaha Wickreinarachchi Ayurveda Teaching Hospital, Yakkala. Ayurveda Hospital, Kaithady. Kidney Disease Prevention Ayurveda Research Hospital, Medawachchiya. Traditional Ayurveda Research Hospital, Mihintale. A Non-Refundable Tender Fee of Rs. 3,500.00 should be Paid Separately for each Institution for the Supply of Cleaning Services, Supply of Raw Drugs, Supply of Dried Drugs, Supply of Raw/Dry Food and Supply of Cooked Meal These Procurement Charges should be Paid to the Shroff of the Department of Ayurveda and the Original of the Receipt Thus Received should be Attached with the Bid or the Relevant Amount can be Credited to the Account No. 7041294 at the Maharagama Branch of the Bank of Ceylon in Favour of the “Commissioner of Ayurveda, Department Of Ayurveda” and the Bank Payment Slip Thus Received should be Attached to the Bid. Separate Bid Securities, as Per the Bid Documents, should be Submitted for each Supply or Service in each Institution. Bids should be Submitted in Two Copies Placed in Separate Covers. The Two Covers should be Marked as “Original” And “Duplicate” as Relevant and the Name of the Service and the Institution at the Left-Side Top Corner of each Cover. Therafter, Both Covers should be Reinserted in a Single Cover and may Either be Sent by Registered Post Addressed to “Chairman, Procurement Board, Department of Ayurveda, Old Kottawa Road, Nawinna, Maharagama” Or it can be Placed in the Bid Box Kept at the Office of the Chief Accountant of the Department of Ayurveda. Acceptance of Bids will be Closed at 10.00 a.m. On 22nd March, 2022 and will be Opened Immediately Thereafter. Bidders or Their Authorized Representatives can be Present at the Opening upon Proving His/Her Identity. As the Receiving of Bids Sent by Registered Post will Also be Closed at 10.00 a.m. On 22nd March 2022, Applicants should Make Sure that Their Bids have been Received by the Department Well on Time. Bids Received Late will be Rejected.
